Dominance against a woman has now become a worldwide issue and to protest and raise a voice against it, we take an initiative to empower every girl and woman who wants to get out of it and live their lives independently with dignity. We at Brihaspati Welfare Foundation touch their lives with our women’s empowerment approach, by working with groups that work with grassroots women- helping powerful, confident enterprising women who produce and sell hand-made products.
With the support of many people and groups, we aim to provide livelihood opportunities to low-income and domestic violence victim women- empowering them to become role models and change-makers in their families and communities. We have a three-dimensional approach to bringing a change in society- changing perspectives of men, impacting public attitudes, and reforming systems to promote gender equality. We carry out this approach through a variety of programs and activities. And that’s not the end at Brihaspati Welfare Foundation. There’s much more happening to make India a gender equality country. Today, Brihaspati Welfare Foundation contributes its role to provide training, income opportunities, awareness on various areas, and educational coaching to girls & women and act as a bridge between these aspiring women and the world so they can earn their livelihood by themselves with their talent and hard work.
