Use of the Site

2. Permitted use
and conduct.

Permitted use

You may access and read the content of this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes, and share links to it freely.

Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Site unlawfully; not to interfere with or disrupt its operation; not to attempt unauthorised access to any system; and not to scrape, republish or reproduce substantial parts of its content without written permission (see clause 4).

3. Charitable information — not professional advice

Content on this Site — including information about government welfare schemes — is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. It is not legal, financial, medical or professional advice, and does not create any advisor–beneficiary relationship. Scheme details change frequently; always verify with the official government portal or a qualified professional before acting. Where our team assists with scheme applications, eligibility decisions rest solely with the concerned government authority.

4. Intellectual property
and content protection.

Reproduce substantial parts of the Site, republish its content, or use automated means to copy it, without written permission. For permissions or takedown requests, write to the Grievance Officer (see the Privacy Policy for contact details).

4A. Accuracy of information

While the Foundation strives for accuracy through its editorial and verification processes, content is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Occasional inadvertent inaccuracies may occur; readers are encouraged to verify critical information independently and to report errors so we may correct them promptly.

5. Donations
and events.

Donations

Online donation facilities are not enabled on this Site as of the date of these Terms. Any donation solicitations received in the Foundation's name through unsolicited calls, messages, third-party websites or fundraisers are not authorised unless confirmed in writing by the Foundation. When donation pathways are enabled, contributions will be receipted in accordance with applicable law, and the applicable tax treatment will be stated only in official receipts issued by the Foundation.

Events

Attendance at Foundation events (such as Kala Mahakumbh) is at the attendee's own risk. General event photography may be used by the Foundation for non-commercial reporting of its public work. Where specific programmes involve minors or identifiable individuals, separate consent will be sought.
